Terms of use

Last updated: August 2026.

KuroCode terms of use, in plain language.

Who is behind this

KuroCode is a service of Ezequiel Mizrahi Behar, Spanish tax ID 46762976C, address Calle Josep Irla 23, 08195 Barcelona, Spain. For legal matters, [email protected]; for data protection, [email protected]; for anything else, [email protected].

What this is

KuroCode is a desktop app that helps you code by splitting the work between AI agents based on a plan. An account is required to use it, with a password or with Google.

Beta

The product is in beta and free for as long as the beta lasts. There is no guarantee everything works without bugs: this is software under active development.

No warranties

KuroCode is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about how it performs, its availability, or its results.

Your responsibility

The agent runs code on your machine following your instructions and the plan you approve. You are responsible for what the agent does on your computer: review what it is about to run before approving it, especially in modes with fewer confirmations.

Your code and your data

Your code and your prompts never pass through our servers: they go straight to whichever model you configure, local or cloud, as you choose.

Minimum age

You must be 16 or older to open an account. If we find an account belonging to someone younger, we close it and delete their data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the processing of personal data by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. If something cannot be settled amicably, the Spanish courts decide.

Closing the account

You can delete your account from the app at any time; it is deleted from the service when you do. If you already uninstalled the app, you can request it by email. Anything left installed or stored on your computer is not deleted automatically: that is yours to manage.
